Otrivin Dual Relief Nasal Spray contains 2 active ingredients, Xylometazoline hydrochloride and Ipratropium bromide. First, Xylometazoline unblocks your nose by reducing swelling of the mucosa. Secondly, it helps sinus drainage so mucus can be drained out, easing painful sinus pressure. Thirdly, Ipratropium bromide acts directly on the cells producing excessive mucus to stop runniness. And finally, it helps reduce your sneezing by blocking the sneezing reflex.
