Return & Exchange Policy
Please retain your receipt or order confirmation for reference.

All medicines, baby milk powder, food products, cosmetics, makeup, dermo-cosmetics, skincare, haircare, wearable items, handicapped chairs, and walking aids are eligible for return or exchange strictly in accordance with Ministry regulations and consumer protection laws.

Other Items:

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• A valid order confirmation or receipt is required

Important Notes:

• Returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per company policy

Mode of Refund for Returned Items:

• Items paid in cash: Refund will be issued in cash.
• Items paid using a credit or debit card: Refund will be processed to the same card account used for the purchase
